All orders for goods accepted by Suwada London are accepted subject to the following conditions which shall form part and govern the contract of sale. Acceptance of goods shall be deemed to be acceptance of these conditions of sale.

Product Availability

We aim to keep all the goods on our website in stock but we can only carry limited stocks of certain items due to their unique, hand-made nature. We aim to remove out of stock items from the website immediately but, in the event of an ordered item being out of stock, despite our best efforts, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a replacement or to advise how long it will take us to obtain another identical or similar item.

Customer Location

We currently accept orders from within the UK and the countries in the European Union and countries shown on the dropdown list. If your country is not one of these please feel free to contact us for consideration by email. Please note it is the responsibility of non-EU customers to pay customs and import duties in their own countries.

Methods of payment - Paypal

We accept Visa,Visa Debit,Visa Electron,Master ,Maestro cards, American Express and Paypal Account. All prices shown on the Suwada London website are in sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the appropriate rate.

Credit Card Security

Suwada London take online security very seriously. All payments are processed by Paypal. This means all your transactions are encrypted and fully secure.

Order Confirmation

Once your credit card payment has been accepted, you will be sent an email acknowledging our acceptance of your order.

We deliver only throughout the UK, EU and other European countries as follows :

ZONE 2 AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, BULGARIA, CROATIA, CYPRUS, CZECH REPUBLIC, ESTONIA, FINLAND, FRANCE, GERMANY, GREECE, HUNGARY, IRELAND, ITALY, LATVIA, LITHUANIA, LUXEMBOURG, MALTA, NETHERLAND, NORWAY, POLAND, PORTUGAL, ROMANIA, SLOVAKIA, SLOVENIA, SPAIN, SWEDEN, SWITZERLAND
ZONE 3 CANADA, USA

Most items will be delivered by Royal Mail, Parcel Force service or courier service. Although we aim to dispatch all items in stock during the next 2-3 working days, please contact us if you will not receive the item within 10 days of purchase.

If you set up the delivery address to any other countries, we will cancel your order immediately and refund the total amount  after we take the transaction fee. If you would like to order from any other countries or if you would like us to deliver to any other countries, please contact directly to kyuki@suwadalondon.co.uk

Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policies

Cancellation is applicable only if we receive your notification before we dispatch your order. However, if the order has already been sent, cancellation is not possible anymore but you can still return the order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery for a full credit/refund of the purchase price(not including return postage). To make a return, send us an e-mail with the following information before sending back the item/s.

1. Order reference
2. Product ID
3. Reason for return

In the event that goods need to be returned to us, we strongly advise that an insured delivery method such as Recorded Delivery. Suwada London will accept no responsibility for returned items until they are on company premises. The return goods are received by Suwada London must be in stock condition, with original packaging.

Faulty Goods

If you find that an item is faulty, please e-mail us at enquiry@suwadalondon.co.uk within 24 hours to arrange a refund or replacement. Returned faulty items will be refunded in full (including return postage).
Refunds will be made via the original payment method within 30 days of our receipt of the faulty item. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Complaints policy

There may be occasions when you are unhappy with the service that we provided to you. In these cases, we will endeavour to be fair and efficient in handling any complaint and to process your complaint confidentially. If you have a complaint, please send us a letter to Suwada London's address or E-mail us. We will endeavour to give you an answer within 3 working days and will provide you with a likely timescale for resolving the dispute. We will keep you informed about the progress of your complaint. Please note your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.

Limitation of liability

While we will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information we place on the Website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy. We make no warranty that the Website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the Website. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the Website.
